At Coffee Beanery, we want you to love every sip. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on non-perishable items and resolution for any quality issues with our coffee.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or reason for the return.
- 2.Review Eligibility
Our team will verify your request; please note that for food safety reasons, opened bags of coffee cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
